Drayson Hladky
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Performance Specialist/Trainer
Drayson Hladky, is a 2020 Graduate from Montana State University. Drayson graduated with honors receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Drayson has a strong background in baseball, playing both high school and college ball. This background will be an asset, as Drayson works to develop a throwing program, with the team at Gillette Physical Therapy.
Drayson has a passion for athletics and is excited to have the opportunity to work with athletes from the same community that he was raised in. Drayson hopes to help these young athletes grow, both mentally and physically. Drayson strongly values the mental side of training and feels that this dual focus will help him to develop strong and well-rounded athletes.
During his college career, Drayson learned to utilize bio mechanical research to analyze things like movement, running, throwing and gait to help develop training programs for athletes. He used these same tools to develop his own training program to run an ultra marathon. This commitment to excellence speaks directly to Drayson’s motto in life that “If you’re going to do a job, do it right.”
Drayson is excited to grow his career with the team at Gillette Physical Therapy and says that the level of quality and professionalism he sees from the team at GPT is what made him want to begin his career with them. He speaks highly of the quality of care, patience of the staff, state of the art facility and overall care that the GPT staff exhibits.
In his free time Drayson enjoys running, hiking, swimming, lifting weights, playing guitar, drawing and pottery. Drayson hopes to stay connected with the Baseball program in Gillette, as he spent so much time in that program and would love to give back to the program in some way.
