SPEED, AGILITY, QUICKNESS AND CONDITIONING
This program is designated to improve change of direction quickness, first step explosion, straight ahead linear speed and general conditioning. Our performance team will utilize video analysis to assess proper sprinting, cutting and landing mechanics to more effectively enhance your athletic performance. This program is ideal for younger athletes looking to establish a solid foundation and to gain a performance edge over their competition.
*Offered for two age groups: Ages 9 - 12 and Ages 13 - 16
